Figures: Novice athletes perform all four figures at every competition. For the Intermediate and 12&Under divisions, the first two figures listed are compulsory and are performed at every competition. The other pair of figures is chosen before each competition. In the 13-15 Junior Olympic division, only one group (i.e., two figures) is performed at every meet.

NOVICE: 

(1) Bent Knee, Alternate - The only video I could find online only shows one leg moving through the positions. From the end of this video, the figure continues with the same movement of the left leg.
